    Program Description:

    Human resource professionals are expected to be knowledgeable about a wide variety of employee issues including: recruitment and retention, motivation, labor law compliance, performance reviews, professional training, etc. Working in human resources can be stressful, both physically and emotionally, depleting joy and draining the reward of a long day's work.
