    Membership is open to anyone who has current responsibility in the human resource management profession where discretion is exercised in establishing and/or implementing human resource policies and practices. This generally includes HR practitioners, business owners/managers with direct HR responsibility, educators in HR and/or business management field, attorneys whose practice concentrates in employment/labor relations as advocates for management, and HR consultants.

    To become a member of CWSHRM you first need to complete the information at http://centralwisconsin.shrm.org/user/register. After you complete the membership form, your membership status will be set as "PENDING" and you will receive an email confirming your membership submission. You will then receive an invoice from our chapter treasurer requesting payment.  Payment for membership dues may be paid by credit card, bank transfer or check.  

    Once your membership dues are received, your status will be set to "ACTIVE" and you will receive a confirmation email stating your membership has been accepted for 2017.

    ***PLEASE NOTE: If you have been a member of CWSHRM in the past and are rejoining, please do not complete a new user profile as you already have a profile.  Please email krissy.rodewald@giassoc.org to update your information.
     

    In addition to CWSHRM membership, please consider joining SHRM on the national level. National dues are $199, occasionally there are discounts for the first membership year. For more information about national membership visit the SHRM website at http://www.shrm.org/membercenter/. Please list the CWSHRM Chapter Number (#138) when you complete the National SHRM membership application.
